How it works

THE 4 EASY STEPS

1.

REACH OUT BY EMAIL OR TEXT

During our initial call or email, we will review your need and if we are the right fit for work. If we proceed, we will review fees and schedule an initial session. 

2.

INITIAL SESSION

This session is a time to review the presenting problem and complete a comprehensive assessment and begin to set goals. 

3.

ONGOING SESSIONS

Engage in weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one sessions to work on symptom relief and implementing  skills.

4.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Ongoing evaluation to consider other supportive therapies needed to support recovery.

EMDR Intensives

Instead of working through trauma over a prolonged time, intensives gives clients the opportunity to work through trauma at a much faster rate.  Personalized sessions are either multiple 60 minute sessions per week and up to 4 hour sessions providing relief sooner.
